Where It's Grown
The cocoa beans are collected by a cooperative from selected small farmers in the Upala region of Costa Rica. Cocoa growers are involved in the "Cocoa Renewal Program," which aims to assist small cocoa farms by providing various training and social development programs. Significant attention is given to nature conservation, promoting sustainable farming methods, reforestation, and the preservation of natural ecosystems.
Variety
Trinitario - Trinitario varieties were cultivated by hybridizing Criollo and Forastero types of cocoa, combining the quality of Criollo with the disease resistance of Forastero.

How to make cocoa (for one cup):
- 10 - 35 g of cocoa
- 40 ml hot water
- 80 ml plant-based milk
- Your favorite sweetener (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 min.
How to consume cocoa by portion?
10 - 15 g - a mild cocoa drink, suitable for daily consumption
25 - 35 g - medium-strength cocoa drink
35 - 40 g - a strong cocoa drink, suitable for cocoa ceremonies
