
Salad with goat cheese and cocoa nibs
I suggest trying cocoa nibs not only in desserts, baked goods, or breakfast. Cocoa nibs are great for sprinkling on salads!
So today I want to share one of my favorite salad recipes with cocoa nibs.
This salad is served with blackberries, cocoa nibs, and soft goat cheese. The light dressing is made with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a dash of mustard.
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
50 g lettuce leaves
5 large mint leaves, finely chopped
60 g ripe blackberries
50 g goat cheese
1 tbsp. cocoa nibs
For the sauce:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Process:
1. Salad dressing: mix all ingredients
2.Mix the lettuce leaves with the mint. Arrange the blackberries, sliced goat cheese and sprinkle with cocoa nibs on top of the salad. Finally, drizzle the salad with the prepared dressing.
