Couple months ago a wine and dessert combination championship took place in Lithuania, where the first place was won by "Dine" chef's dessert, made using our organic cocoa mass from Peru.
Finally we also had a chance to taste this wonderful chocolate dessert, and want to share our experience with you!
Chocolate and buckwheat dessert has a distinguished taste and aroma playfulness, created by Peru cocoa, having fruit and flower taste notes. The dessert was combined with with sweet Madeira wine "Barbeito Malvasia Reserva 10 Years“, and they both reveal each other's tastes.
As mentioned by "Dine" chefs, it's difficult to find a wine and dessert combination, because often either of the two outshadows the other. But "Dine" chefs managed to create a harmony.
