Mango and cocoa nibs ice cream

What is good about home made ice cream? Everything! No matter what combination you throw together, the result will be AMAZING! Basic formula for home made ice cream : frozen fruit (banana, mango , strawberries and etc.) almond milk (or any other dairy-free milk) and cocoa nibs.

For this recipe I used frozen mangos. Combination of mango and cocoa nibs is just perfect. Cacao nibs add more crunch and a slight bitterness to offset the sweet fruit.


200 g frozen mango chunks

50 ml almond milk

3 tablespoons cocoa nibs


1 teaspoon cocoa nibs


  1. Add mango chunks and almond milk into high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons cocoa nibs and blend for one minute.
  4. Top with more cocoa nibs.
