What is cocoa?
THIS IS NOT CHOCOLATE.
THIS IS SOMETHING MORE.
Cocoa is obtained from cocoa beans, which are fermented, dried, and carefully processed into different forms. Unlike regular chocolate, pure cocoa does not require added sugar, milk powder, or artificial flavorings.
Its taste is naturally rich, slightly bitter, and complex. Depending on its origin and processing, notes of fruit, nuts, earth, flowers, cream, or intense chocolate can be detected. Single-origin cocoa – like coffee or wine – reveals the character of its place of origin in every sip.

What is the difference between natural cocoa butter and deodorized cocoa butter?
Natural cocoa butter has a very strong, rich chocolate aroma. Most chocolate manufacturers prefer this option because it makes their chocolate naturally fragrant. Deodorized cocoa butter is the same as natural, except that most of its aroma is removed.
