Where it's grown
Cocoa grows in the Sambirano River valley of Madagascar. Fresh cocoa beans are obtained from 8 ecologically certified small-scale farmers. In this region, cocoa trees coexist with other trees and fruit trees. Local farmers are committed to environmental care and natural forest landscapes. Collaborating with organizations such as the Rainforest Alliance, they plant trees to combat soil erosion and contribute to natural forest restoration. This ensures not only high product quality but also sustainable production.
Variety
Trinitario - Trinitario varieties were cultivated by hybridizing Criollo and Forastero cocoa types, combining Criollo quality with Forastero disease resistance.

Flavor profiles (scale of 1-5)
How to make cocoa (for one cup):
- Cocoa 10 - 35 g
- 40 ml hot water
- 80 ml plant-based milk
- Favorite sweetener (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
How to consume cocoa:
10 - 15 g - mild cocoa drink, suitable for daily consumption
25 - 35 g - medium-strength cocoa drink
35 - 40 g - strong cocoa drink, suitable for cocoa ceremonies
