Flavor notes: fruit, floral, dark chocolate, nuts.
Where it is grown
These cacao beans are grown at Hacienda Victoria in Cerecita, near Ecuador’s Pacific coast. The farm focuses not only on cacao quality but also on supporting the local community – its operations provide stable income for more than one hundred families, while placing strong emphasis on the land, its workers, and local wildlife.
Hacienda Victoria grows Arriba Nacional cacao, prized for its delicate aroma and rich flavor. The farm helps preserve Ecuador’s long-standing Arriba cacao tradition and is the first cacao farm to receive carbon-neutral certification.

Appearance
This cocoa mass, unlike chocolate, is not tempered, so its appearance may differ from the photos provided. Cocoa mass can be light brown, porous in texture, crumble easily, and the package may contain smaller pieces.
This is completely normal and does not affect the taste or quality of the cocoa – this is what 100% cocoa mass looks like when it is not processed using industrial methods.

No, pure cocoa mass has no added sugar, milk, or artificial additives. Its taste is rich, intense, and naturally bitter.
