Cacao Variety
Trinitario – Trinitario cacao is cultivated by hybridizing Criollo and Forastero varieties, combining Criollo’s quality with Forastero’s disease resistance.


Recommended Cacao Portions

10 - 15 g – Mild cacao drink, suitable for daily consumption
25 - 35 g – Medium-strength cacao drink
35 - 40 g – Strong cacao drink, ideal for cacao ceremonies

1 tsp. of ground cacao = 5 g


Single-Origin Cacao Drink

How to Prepare Cacao (for one cup):

- 10 - 30 g / 2 - 5 teaspoons of ground cacao
- 3/4 cup of hot water
- A splash of plant-based milk
- Sweetener of choice (optional)


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
