Where it is grown

Cocoa grows in the Sambirano River Valley of Madagascar. In this region, cocoa has become a staple crop, ensuring regular income for most farmers. Trinitario - Trinitario varieties were cultivated by hybridizing Criollo and Forastero cocoa types, combining Criollo quality with Forastero disease resistance.

How to make cocoa (for one cup):

- Cocoa 10 - 35 g
- 40 ml hot water
- 80 ml plant-based milk
- Preferred sweetener (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

What portions to use for cocoa?

10 - 15 g. - mild cocoa drink, suitable for daily use
25 - 35 g. - medium strength cocoa drink
35 - 40 g. - strong cocoa drink, suitable for cocoa ceremonies
