Where It’s Grown

This cacao is grown in the Waslala region of Nicaragua. Local smallholder farmers, who maintain traditional cacao cultivation methods, work with the company "Ingemann" to ensure sustainable production and quality. The cacao beans are fermented for 7 days and carefully dried for another 7 days to preserve their natural flavor and aroma.

Collaboration with farmers not only ensures high-quality cacao but also contributes to the well-being of local communities. These projects help improve infrastructure, enhance farmers' living conditions, and create new opportunities for local people.

Variety

Trinitario - Trinitario varieties were developed by hybridizing Criollo and Forastero cacao types, combining the quality of Criollo with the disease resistance of Forastero.

Premium Cacao Drink

How to prepare cacao (per cup):

- 10-35 g of cacao
- 40 ml hot water
- 80 ml plant-based milk
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.

Recommended Cacao Serving Sizes:

10-15 g - light cacao drink, suitable for daily use
25-35 g - medium-strength cacao drink
35-40 g - strong cacao drink, perfect for cacao ceremonies
