Today's breakfast is healthy Chia pudding with broken cocoa beans (nibs)!
For chia pudding you will need (2 servings)
- 1 cup coconut milk (you can also use other plant-based or cow's milk or yogurt)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons broken cocoa beans
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons nut butter
- Handful of nuts
Production process
- Pour the chia seeds into the coconut milk and stir.
- Keep the chia seeds in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Flavor your chia pudding with banana, nuts, nut butter, and most importantly, don't forget the broken cocoa beans.
