Today's breakfast is healthy Chia pudding with broken cocoa beans (nibs)!

Broken cocoa beans (nibs)

 For chia pudding you will need (2 servings)

  • 1 cup coconut milk (you can also use other plant-based or cow's milk or yogurt)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons broken cocoa beans
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter
  • Handful of nuts

Production process

  • Pour the chia seeds into the coconut milk and stir.
  • Keep the chia seeds in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  • Flavor your chia pudding with banana, nuts, nut butter, and most importantly, don't forget the broken cocoa beans.
