THE INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
Servings: 1 cup
Preparing Time: 5 minutes
- 1 cup boiling milk
- 2–3 pitted dates
- 15 g cocoa liquor
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
THE TOPPING (OPTIONAL)
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs
- 5 peanuts
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Put milk and cocoa liquor together and slowly heat it (do not boil).
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend on high for approximately 1 minute.
- Pour into a mug. Decorate your hot chocolate with chopped peanuts, pomegranate seeds and cocoa nibs.
